Are your shrimp truly antibiotic-free?

Yes. Because we control every aspect of the water quality in our closed system, we eliminate the pests and diseases found in the wild or open ponds. This means we never have to use antibiotics, added hormones, or harsh chemicals to raise our healthy, vibrant shrimp.

What does "Live Harvest" mean for the customer?

Unlike traditional seafood that is frozen for weeks or transported long distances, our shrimp remain alive in our tanks until the moment of purchase. This ensures you receive a product with unmatched freshness, a firm texture, and the natural sweetness of a truly fresh catch.

How should I store the shrimp after pickup?

Since our shrimp are harvested live for peak quality, we recommend cooking them as soon as possible. If you aren’t preparing them immediately, keep them on ice in the coldest part of your refrigerator and enjoy them within 24 to 48 hours to maintain their superior flavor and texture.

Can I pre-order for a specific date?

Absolutely. Because we manage our own growth cycles, we take reservations for upcoming harvests. We recommend using our contact form to secure your order in advance, as our local, small-batch harvests often sell out quickly once the shrimp reach their ideal size.

Why is local shrimp better than imported options?

Most imported shrimp are treated with preservatives to survive long shipping routes and can sit in cold storage for months. By raising our shrimp locally, we cut out the transport chain entirely. You get a cleaner, more sustainable product that supports the local economy and tastes like the ocean.
