By accessing this website and utilizing our reservation system, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the platform.

2. Freshness & Product Nature

Our shrimp are harvested live via a controlled Hybrid RAS system. Because we prioritize peak freshness, the product is intended for immediate pickup or delivery. Once a “Live Harvest” order is fulfilled, the quality and lifespan of the product depend on the customer’s storage conditions.

3. Reservations & Orders

• Availability: Due to our natural growth cycles, shrimp availability is subject to harvest schedules.

• Reservations: Placing a reservation via our contact form does not constitute a guaranteed sale until confirmed by our team.

• Pickups: Customers are responsible for arriving during their scheduled window to ensure the shrimp remain in peak condition.

4. Delivery & Local Radius

We provide local delivery to ensure the shortest possible transport chain. Delivery windows are estimates; we prioritize the health and temperature stability of the shrimp over speed. You must be present to receive the delivery to ensure product safety.

5. Health & Safety

Our shrimp are raised without antibiotics, hormones, or toxins. However, as with all seafood, proper cooking and handling are required. Customers should follow standard food safety guidelines for shellfish.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Because our shrimp are harvested specifically for your order (Live Harvest), cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled harvest. Refunds on perishable goods are handled on a case-by-case basis regarding quality concerns at the time of transfer.

7. Privacy & Communication
